About Milas

It has been a dream of mine, for as long as I can remember, to be an Entrepreneur. The idea of building something from the ground up and pouring yourself into it until it becomes a thriving, successful business venture was, and remains to be, a concept that holds immense appeal. I am very fortunate to find myself at a place where, through my affiliations with the Janezic Realty Group and RE/MAX Executive Realty, I have been provided the opportunity to realize that dream.

Now it is your turn. My ultimate goal as a Realtor is to help my clients to “live their dreams” in whatever form that takes for them. For Investors: There is no one universal approach that would be the right fit for every investor. What are your investment goals? Are you looking for long term appreciation? The potential for a quick turnaround (flip)? Cash flow? Or some combination of those? By forging an ongoing relationship with my investor clients I am able to focus on their specific strategies and needs. By understanding the ultimate goals of the investor I am able to create a plan for achievement through the application of thorough statistical analytics and market analyses aimed at identifying those select properties that will achieve those goals while maximizing your return. Buying a home as an investor is not at all the same as buying as a resident. It requires a systematic approach and a thorough understanding of the market and investment strategies. Milas is an amazing realtor. I would highly recommend him to anyone! He is extremely thorough, responsive, respectful and just an all around great person. We worked with him to buy and sell our home while there was low inventory and a large amount of buyers. Milas was supportive throughout the entire process and worked diligently to find us the perfect home and ensure we received top dollar on the sale of our home. Milas advocates for his clients and truly has their best interest in mind.

BEST REALTOR! We are new to Charlotte and feel so fortunate to have found Milas. With a new baby and COVID he took the time to show us the city and accommodate multiple last minute showings and requests.
