We approached 72 Sold after being disappointed with a conventional real estate program. Mildred Di Iorio regional manager in New Jersey was top notch professional. Our home sold at asking price in 24 hours. Mildred staged our home with many things I would never have thought of. Most realtors show your home as you have decorated, she came with carloads of attractive pieces and educated us on placement and keeping things in order. Everything that I stressed about her answer was “no problem I’ll take care of it.” It was the smoothest process from start to finish. I highly recommend Mildred Di Iorio as I feel her knowledge and expertise is no match for the ordinary agent, I cannot say enough about her handling of every last detail of the transaction. We left our home to her for one weekend and had a contract on Monday. She truly took care of everything and I would recommend you contact her direct, she responds in a timely and professional manner quickly and sufficiently.

We've been working with Mildred Di Iorio for 2-ish years looking at homes all over New Jersey. She has been such a valuable asset to us in our search, taught us so much, has great advice, and is always on top of things. She will always make herself available and you can always trust she has your best interest at heart. We will be purchasing a lake house next and will 100% work with Mildred again for that search. We love love LOOOOOVED working with Millie! She is like the energizer bunny, very on top of things, very enthusiastic and accommodating to our wants and needs! She really cared about us getting a home we were excited about. I LITERALLY CANNOT recommend working with her more! My boyfriend and I were first-time home buyers so that alone is an overwhelming experience and especially so during this crazy housing market. I just moved my elderly Dad into assisted living and needed to sell his condo. I was really concerned about how this might go since I live in Arizona and his condo is in New Jersey. I heard about 72sold.com through local ads and decided to give them a try. Literally within 3 minutes of submitting my info on their website I received a text that connected me with Mildred. From the moment she and I spoke, I was very comfortable with her and could tell that she was very pragmatic in her approach. I am happy to report that within a few weeks we were under contract and just closed last week.
Any realtor can close a deal but what makes Mildred special is her willingness to go above and beyond at every turn. For example, to make sure the prospective buyers were happy, she arranged for the dated countertop stone to be replaced based on their stone selection, and even dealt directly with the stone shop to make the installation happen. In addition, she and her husband took care of a few minor repairs, including a leaking sink, that almost certainly would have cost us hundreds of dollars if we had called in local professionals.
As a testament to how ecstatic I am with Mildred's performance, I have already recommended to her to several other family members for their upcoming house sales.
Thank you Mildred for making what could have been a nightmarish situation a total breeze!
