About Miles

Emil John "Miles" Servant IV, Vice President, is a third generation Realtor at Surfside Realty Company specializing in Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Development, Property Management, Sales, and Vacation Rentals. Having been born and raised in Surfside Beach, Miles grew up in the real estate industry performing in every area of the business starting at age 8. It was during these early years he started to foster a love for the tourism industry and real estate.

Miles received his B.S from the University of South Carolina in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity and Eta Sigma Delta Honors Society. He is active in the local community serving Surfside Beach Rotary Club, Young Professional Network for the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, South Carolina Association of Realtors, and Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®, as well as a graduate of the LeadershipCCAR program. Always looking for ways to increase his knowledge and grow professionally led him to the Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development (MRED) program at UNC Charlotte. Mr. Servant has extensive experience in financial modeling, construction, feasibility studies, real estate law, and marketing to go along with his families 65 years of local knowledge.
