My wife and I had such an amazing experience with Milissa. From the beginning to end everything went so smoothly and we couldn’t be more thankful. She was extremely helpful with all our questions and concerns and her response time was always on point. My wife and I understood that todays market could get stressful but thanks to Milissa we didn’t have any moments we felt stressed and she made the entire process fun. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else for our home buying experience. Thanks Milissa you’re absolutely amazing.

If you are purchasing a home in Georgia, especially if you are relocating, you NEED to reach out to Milissa. She reached out to me when I was searching for realtors in Georgia that specialize in relocation. My fiance and I were very eager to purchase our home within one to two months, so we could relocate from Maryland, and she started out by hooking us up with incredible lenders. From there, we were pre-approved on a Thursday, then by the next Wednesday, I had secured a new job and our offer on our dream “forever” home was accepted for an incredible price. We moved that Saturday. Our timeline went from one to two months down to just eleven days thanks to her.

There were so many things that went wrong from the time we arrived in GA to do our first walk through until the time we closed, but Milissa was there for us, bearing the brunt of the nonsense coming from the seller’s team of people, and fighting for us the entire time. She gave us 110% effort from the time we appointed her as our agent all the way through now, and it has been a week since we closed.

Milissa went out of her way repeatedly to accommodate our work and personal schedules. She resides in Atlanta, but was willing to book a hotel and stay in Savannah overnight to attend closing at the early morning time slot we wanted. She was always responsive, putting up with a barrage of panicked texts from me every time something went wrong. She is so much more than a realtor to us. Milissa is an amazing realtor, therapist, Godsend, mother-to-her-son, and someone I am happy to now consider my friend. She is someone I trusted with every part of this home buying process.

From the beginning, Milissa made us feel so comfortable, explaining every detail we had questions about, and she was always there for us during every challenge along the way. We had a hard closing due to the closing attorney. She did everything in her power to make it as smooth and as peaceful as she could. She helped my family find the perfect home for us. I would recommend Milissa to everyone. She is a wonderful person.

So, I have nothing but great things to say about Milissa. After looking for homes on the market for over a year, I was introduced to Milissa by another agent who was unable to take me as a client but I am very grateful that we were able to work together. From the time I met Milissa, she has been super helpful and informative about the house buying process. It took me less than 3 months to find my new home and close while working with her. At no point did I feel like i was just another sale for her, but that she actually cared about not only the home I purchased, but how it could help me start to build wealth and generate equity in the future. Wow! Milissa Gainey with Next Generation Premiere Properties brokered my (BHGRE MetroBrokers) made buying a house such a breeze even in the crazy market! In this Seller’s Market and I've heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Milissa was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Milissa explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the Tamie Platts Team @ Stockton Mortgage  and Kia Nicole Sutton @ Fee Simple Law LLC.
