I'd highly recommend Denise Milko and Leah LeCates for your Ocean City real estate needs. Denise and Leah are consummate professionals who worked extremely hard on our behalf. Their transparency and communication throughout the entire process was greatly appreciated. Despite COVID-19 throwing a few wrenches in what would be a more normal real estate process, we knew we could rely on both of them, day or night, to answer questions and put our minds at ease. I felt Denise and Leah truly cared about us - not just as clients, but as friends - and I know our best interests were always on their minds. Without the Milko LeCates Group at Holiday Real Estate, my wife and I might very well still be searching for our forever home...Denise and Leah made that dream a reality.
