After 25 years of buying and selling real estate for myself, Millou became a realtor to assist others in the stressful but rewarding process of acquiring and protecting real estate assets. As a full time, Realtor, my goal is to help her clients thru the challenging time of making large financial decisions and protecting their interests in every step of the sale or purchase transaction. Her highest obligation is to see that you are fully informed so you can make the best decisions regarding your property. She takes the Realtor Code of Ethics very seriously. She works with a team of professionals, both in lending and inspecting, whose goal, like hers, is to offer the best service in the industry and make your transaction as smooth and satisfactory as humanly possible. She completed 24 successful transactions this year (2013) about one half buyers and one-half sellers. She was born and raised in Santa Cruz, graduated from Santa Cruz High and UCSC in psychology.
