Milt and his office were fantastic. I listed my mom's condo with him and he helped me every step of the way, from preparing it to go on the market, to understanding viewer feedback, to the contract and closing process. At every point he went above and beyond my expectations. Since my mom had moved into assisted living in another state, I needed to clear out the contents she no longer needed all while living 1500 miles away. Milt put me in touch with estate sale people and once the condo was empty handled cleanout, cleaning, and the needed touch up work to get the condo in the best shape possible. When inspections turned up needed repairs, Milt arranged for them to be taken care of. We had two buyers fall through before we closed on a contract, and Milt's persistence and reassurance helped immensely. We ended up getting a very good price. I can't recommend him more highly.
