I can say without a doubt MiLyn is one of the best real estate agents you can have. EVER. Honestly if I had to buy another home I wouldn’t even consider looking elsewhere for an agent. She was recommended to me by a work supervisor and I couldn’t be any happier with her service. I was a single first time home buyer and I think she really went above and beyond. She took time to answer all of my questions with extremely low response times and she took time to explain every aspect of the home buying process in detail. I was nervous about buying a home by myself being that I was new to the process and I’m sure that it would’ve been easy to sell me a home that wouldn't have been a great fit for me to get a quick turnaround. From day one I know that MiLyn did not have that type of personality. I think the most valuable aspect of my time with MiLyn is that she made recommendations and gave me advice based on my situation which constantly kept changing. I couldn’t even decide where I wanted to live for a while. I’m almost certain that a client’s constantly changing situation can be frustrating to an agent but, MiLyn was completely understanding. Which helped me calm down about everything myself! Great communicator and without her I would still be renting 100%. I can’t explain how grateful I am to MiLyn for my amazing new home. MiLyn was referred to us through our bank’s realty program, and we are so thankful that she was our realtor through our first home buying experience. We were preparing to relocate from Hawaii to Virginia right as COVID shut the country down, so we had to buy our first home completely virtually. MiLyn literally worked day and night for us due to the time zone difference to help us get our dream house. She was extremely responsive, and we were blown away by her skill and expertise. During our virtual home tours, she looked for issues that honestly we wouldn’t have even thought to check. Her market analysis is spot on and enabled us to negotiate for a lower price and repairs on our new home in a market that was extremely competitive. Since we couldn’t be in Virginia in person, she handled everything about the process for us, including being present for the entire home inspection, and stayed on top of all related issues, which took a lot of stress off. She also was able to refer us to a different lender who was able to get us an interest rate 1% lower than our original, as well as a home inspector who provided an extremely comprehensive inspection and caught issues that could have easily been missed. Whether it’s your first home purchase or a subsequent transaction, you NEED MiLyn as your realtor. We highly recommend her and would not hesitate to hire her again down the road if we ever need to sell.
