My husband and I have had the pleasure and best experience, working with MiMi of Topaz homes for over 5 years. We purchased our first home in September 2015, in September of 2020 we put it on the market and had a offer within a hour of our first showing. Mimi kept us informed every step of the way, we could call her anytime with questions or concerns. We knew she was fighting for us not only to get top dollar for our current home but she made sure we were getting the best deal on our new one. MiMi went above and beyond and because of her we have now been in our brand new home for 4 months and we could not be happier.

I don't know where you begin, as I didn't even imagine buying a home until my husband saw a place we dreamed of as children growing up in Charlotte, NC. We were thrown real estate agents, even conducted slight interviews with them. I heard of Mimi as an agent around the local area, so I had to meet her before making our final decision. I listed my home for sale with the Shaw Realty Group July 2019. My house was sold for top dollar this August 2019. They have a list of buyers waiting to purchase. My house wasn’t on the market for months, waiting to be sold. Within 1 month I was sitting at the closing table. They are very professional and efficient. I will continue doing business with Shaw Realty group in the future. I recommend them to anyone buying or selling. They are # 1 in my book. I was very pleased.

Shaw Realty group does an AMAZING job! Mimi helped me through the entire process of finding and buying my first condo. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the market if you are looking to buy/sell. Shaw Realty is definitely the way to go!
