Mimi Simmons helped me purchase some land in Northern California years ago and the experience was very positive. When I considered selling my house I called on her for advice. From the time we first talked until I was emotionally ready to sell, several years later, Mimi stayed with me and supported my desires to sell, to wait, to sell, to wait, etc. When I was ready Mimi led me through the process of preparing my home, listing at a fair asking price, marketing and the like. My home sold in days over asking. Mimi knows the business and knows how to price a home in any market. Her staff kept me informed and helped me navigate all aspects of the sale. I have known Mimi for 21+ years as she is the one that originally sold me the house that she just sold for me. Mimi is multigenerational to Nevada County and knows the area and housing probably better than any other agent. In her marketing for me she made sure that the proposed sale reached out through many listing areas including the Bay Area. She took care of restaging the home and getting it ready for sale. Once an offer was received she contacted me and gave me an excellent background about the offer. My house sold in about 30 days to a buyer from the Bay Area and I believe her marketing was the key. I would highly recommend Mimi as your listing agent and through her agency you will have a team of excellent agents working for you.

My husband and I cannot recommend Mimi Simmons and her team at Century 21 more highly! We were caught in a very complicated sale of our home due to previous issues with the title and Mimi and Tammy stuck with us through a WHOLE YEAR of escrow! (To clarify they had nothing to do with the closing delays, we had to wait on previous owners probate). We were so pleased with their compassionate service. They communicated with us throughout the whole year and were just as excited as we were when the house was finally able to close. I don't think we would have been able to complete the sale if not for their patience and consistent communication!

Mimi and her team are the most professional we have ever dealt with in our many real estate dealings over the past 50 years. We picked three top rated brokers to interview, but after Mimi’s presentation, years of experience in the area and top awards it was a simple choice. We didn’t have to interview the other brokers.

The house sold in three days over asking, but there were problems with the buyer’s broker and lender. Here is where Mimi pulled out the deal from the fire as things were not going well and extensions had to be filed. Mimi had to tell/instruct them how to get the job done and give them the paperwork necessary to satisfy the lender.

You can spend all the time you want looking for brokers or listen to your friends who know someone in the business. Maybe you should. Then call Mimi Simmons at Century 21 Cornerstone Realty.

I have known Mimi Simmons for 40 years, and her father for 45 years. My brother, a commercial broker, for 50+ years, worked with Mimi for two years, and spoke extremely highly of her competence and successes.

She visited our home and gave us a comparative market analysis. We listed our home with her and took to heart the few suggests she made. We live in a rural area, so the septic system and house inspection were arranged. She did this seamlessly, and arranged for repairs where necessary. She had a photographer that did amazing job of still pictures, aerials and videos.

After the For Sale sign went up, we had multiple offers within 5 days. She personally showed our home, or had one of her trusted team members escort potential buyers. We settled on $75,000, over listing price. She professionally helped us through negotiations and in addition sold the adjoining piece of land.

Mimi Simmons and her team of professionals have met All our requests, and exceeded our expectations!

She deserves our highest rating for knowledge of the area, market and overall real estate professionalism.
