About Mindy

Since joining the real estate industry shortly after purchasing her first home 12 years ago, Mindy Garcia has had a diverse and prosperous career. The most satisfying part of real estate for Mindy is the relationships. Evidence of this satisfaction can be observed as these same clients return to her for help in addressing their ever-changing home needs. The countless people she has helped achieve their dream of home ownership would best be described as clients who have developed into friends. Getting to be a part of people's lives is truly an honor that also comes with immense responsibility of which Mindy never loses sight. She leverages her personal experience of having moved nine times in the last twelve years to give her a unique perspective on how to minimize the stress of her clients' transitions. She and her husband, Joe Garcia, own G&G Custom Homes, which enables Mindy to further her knowledge and experience as they help people bring their dream home to life. Mindy graduated from Florida State University with bachelors in both Business and English. She minored in Spanish and spent a semester abroad in Costa Rica. Mindy is very involved in her community. She is on the Agape Families board, which serves children in foster care. She is also a group leader for BSF International. Her two young sons are her delight. She enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and reading.
