Mindy West

After graduating from Missouri State University, Mindy moved to St. Charles County with her young family — and it was during the process of buying her first home that she discovered her passion for real estate. That experience inspired her to begin her career in 2007, and she’s been helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams ever since.

Mindy is proud to serve a wide range of clients, including buyers, sellers, investors, relocation clients, and those in the luxury market. Her commitment to professionalism and client advocacy has earned her recognition throughout the industry — including being named Realtor Salesperson of the Year in 2021 and serving as President of the St. Charles REALTORS® in 2024.

Dedicated to protecting homeownership rights, Mindy serves on the Government Affairs and RPAC Committees and is also a State Director with Missouri REALTORS®. In 2024, she became the Managing Broker of Magnolia Real Estate, where she leads and mentors more than 100 agents. Mindy takes pride in helping her agents grow their businesses while upholding the highest standards of integrity, care, and professionalism.

Despite her leadership role, Mindy remains a full-time agent, continuing to work directly with buyers and sellers to make their real estate goals a reality.

Mindy lives in Moscow Mills, Missouri, with her husband, Jeremy, where they raised their two sons. One of her proudest moments was helping her oldest son purchase his first home — coming full circle from the moment that first sparked her passion for real estate.
