We started working with Minna very casually with a relaxed 6 month timeline. We originally planned to take things slowly but that quickly changed to finding a home within a few weeks and closing in less than 21 days. My husband and I have just completed selling our home with the help of Minna Keum, hands down the best realtor we have had for the four home and property sales we have experienced here in Georgia. Let me explain why Minna was such an asset in the selling of our home.
First, Minna kept in touch with us for two years after we first met her at an open house here in our neighborhood. We told her then we would be selling our home before too long. She came to see our home that afternoon, then began to send periodic updates on home sales within our area. There was no pressure, just friendly updates, for two full years.
Placing our home on the market began with many hiccups on our part. Minna was extremely patient. When we finally decided it was time, she met with us again in our home. Acutely aware of market trends, Minna advised us exactly on how to prepare our home for selling, and negotiated respectfully with us as we decided on a listing price. My husband and I felt respected and valued by Minna throughout the selling process. We placed our trust 100% in her, and it was well deserved. Minna was spot on with all recommendations.
Minna guided us through many questions and quirky situations with grace and professionalism. Her open communication helped us face a very trying situation with trust and confidence. Minna treated us as friends, not just as clients. We were thankful to have her as the agent representing us and our home.
After experiencing less than satisfactory service from previous realtors, Minna was a breath of fresh air. She embodies what we feel to be a true real estate professional. We will recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

Minna is a professional, prompt, and personable real estate agent. She saved us from one of the Atlanta area's scam artists and made the entire experience turn from a night mare to a dream. She was able to sell our house in less than 2 days to a buyer that came to the Open House that she held for our home. She made the paper work, inspection, and closing a NO HASSLE experience in which we were able to smoothly transition our home to the buyer.
