Although I am a little delayed (by a month) with my review, it is definitely on time. Mira is, by far, the Cream of the Crop! It takes a lot to put 100% trust in a person whom you never met; HOWEVER, her reviews didn't do her justice! She was AWESOME!!! She listened attentively and provided results that was in total alignment of our desires for "The Forever Home"❤️. She is NOT a "yes" person by any means....as she gives you HONEST, UNBIASED information that helps when you're trying to make big decisions. I have known her for years and Mira is a knowledgeable real estate professional who makes you feel like a family member within minutes, willing to go to work on your behalf in getting the best deal possible. On my last house purchase, she was blue taping more than me, vigorously raising issues I had, and her commission was coming from the seller!!! When I say one of my great decisions in life was to use Mira Poole Eggleston as my realtor!!! I was hesitant about starting the process and Mira explained to me how this was the best time to buy and how the prices was rising. Of course I listened and started the process based on the knowledge she had about the housing market. I wasn't even expecting to get a brand new house lol. To make a long story short, when the house was posted for sale around 2am in the morning...guess who was up looking online for my home...Mira!!! She was the first to set an appointment. By the time we got to the appointment at 10am the next morning ,we was told 3 people had called and wanted to buy the house already. They was telling me how "lucky" I was that Mira was up at 2am and was the first to set an appointment for me! That's when it really hit me like I got the right realtor on my team, straight facts. What impressed me the most though was seeing how passionate Mira is about all her clients and I thought I was special lol!!! If hadn't started this process when Mira told me to, I would have missed out on getting a new home. Going through the process talking with other people, everything she was saying about the market before hand was accurate!

As a first time homebuyer, I honestly had no idea what I was doing. After working with a few different realtors, I came across Mira. From the start, she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, she was able to get me any information that I needed, and worked within my availability to do walkthroughs. After looking at a few homes, we were able to find a house that fit in our budget, enough bedrooms and acreage, and was within our travel boundaries for work. She was able to suggest home inspectors, pest inspectors, and even other lending opportunities. She made the entire experience smooth and painless. Fantastic all the way around.
