Real Estate is in Miranda’s blood. Miranda spends most of her time devoted to something related to real estate/home ownership sometimes to the chagrin of her family: renovating older homes, tackling home projects, advancing knowledge of smart home technology, researching design trends, completing interior design certification, attending home shows, walking/driving by properties to learn about housing types/features or landscaping tips and gardening.
Miranda started as a Real Estate Consultant, Auditor and Tax Preparer in the commercial real estate sector. One of the most important skills she learned was how to valuate commercial properties. This has come in very handy when working with investors and purchasing her own homes. Her first home was a fixer upper, and she became hooked on DIY and the beauty you can create when working on your own home. Later, when she joined a residential real estate brokerage, she was selected to join the management training program to learn how to effectively run a brokerage, train and mentor agents and how to increase customer satisfaction. Before it was the norm, she instituted paperless transactions about 10 years ago. She loves beauty, form, design and technology as it relates to real estate.
Miranda sees her job as Broker as well as Settlement Coordinator is to make sure that all clients receive outstanding, awesome service in a transparent and efficient way. Their job is to eliminate surprises, ensure they’re always listening, save you money, and take of you from the beginning until after the move. She is always looking for ways to improve their service. She knows they’ve done their job well when you are an extended member of the Miracaza family.
