I had the immense pleasure of having Miriam as my real estate agent, she is so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We bought during a sellers market and the competition was pretty fierce. We really liked a house in a community but missed out on it. Miriam befriended the community agent and was told the day another house in the community went up for sale. They were desperate to sell because escrow had fallen through and we were able to put an offer in the same day, got the house without having to offer more, and the house was much better than the original one we liked in the community! I would recommend Miriam to anyone, she is very knowledgeable of the San Diego market as well as Temecula area, which is where we bought. Thank you Miriam!

Miriam, is a great Realtor. She has a lot of long term clients for a reason. She doesn’t advertise she doesn’t pay for leads. The reason she can operate like that is because she has a business by referral. the reason why she has a business by referral. She does a very good job with her clients. We're a military family, who is new to the home buying process, as well to the San Diego area. Through sheer chance we met Miriam, and she's been an absolute blessing to us ever since! The home buying process became more stressful than I cared to believe, and Miriam's calm demeanor in explaining the process at each step meant a lot!!
