Miriam Wells

Miriam is a tenacious negotiator who works tirelessly on behalf of her clients to achieve their real estate goals. Raised in Marin County and San Francisco, Miriam possesses in-depth market knowledge and extensive networks on both sides of the Golden Gate Bridge.

When it comes to selling, Miriam draws upon her experiences growing up in a family of real estate investors who developed luxury residential properties in the Bay Area, Palm Springs, and Martha's Vineyard. She identifies and project manages strategic home improvements to help her sellers unlock the value in their homes.

She works closely with her buyers, leveraging her local connections to uncover off-market opportunities. Miriam’s clients are often the first buyers through the front door, giving them an exceptional edge in the hyper competitive Marin and San Francisco markets.

Miriam graduated from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism with a Master’s Honor Award. Prior to real estate, she was a successful international news reporter based in Beijing, China and Kabul, Afghanistan working for publications such as The New York Times and CNN. She holds a BA in political science from University of California, Santa Cruz and attended San Francisco University High School.

After an exciting international career, Miriam is happy to be back home with her French-Canadian husband and their two young boys. Her family loves hiking and going to the beach together. In her spare time, Miriam is an active volunteer at Pacific Primary and Marin Country Day School.
