After obtaining a bachelor's degree in accounting and passing the CPA exam in 1992, worked in corporate finance until becoming a full time Realtor in 2001.
I represent both sellers(as a listing agent) and buyers(buyer's agent) about equally. I enjoy working with first time buyers- helping them understand the process and guiding the transaction every step of the way.
I enjoy meeting and getting to know new people. I'm happy when a client is satisfied with a purchase we just completed or when his/her property we had listed has closed smoothly. Buying or selling a property can be a stressful experience- it is my job to take the stress out of it for my clients.
I'm a good listener. When working with a buyer- client, I listen to what he/she is telling me- what they're looking for, wish-lists, little details, preferences so that I can match a property to my client's needs and minimize their valuable time searching.
For relaxation or recreation I enjoy skiing the Rockies, biking the forest preserves or the lakefront. I enjoy listening to music as well as playing- I play drums and guitar. I'm interested in world history and politics. I speak fluent Polish.
