Mish Vaiden-Clay has a Client-First Philosophy. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how she works. That said, in her experience as a Williamsburg real estate professional, she also found that providing the absolute best service is about putting her clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to their needs. This 'client first' philosophy has always been her approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. In addition, she has found that the latest technologies are enabling her to do everything she has always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. A little about her: She is a native of Williamsburg & a graduate of The College of William & Mary. After leaving the area to pursue a career in corporate sales and marketing, she returned to Williamsburg & became a realtor in 1981. She is an Associate Broker, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) & a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Hobbies include gardening, horses, snow skiing and antiques. Her volunteer work includes Hospice, Relay for Life and Kiwanis Club. So, when potential clients decide that they would like to buy or sell a home in the Williamsburg area, please contact her.
