I built my business after retiring from a 30 year real estate banking career, in beginning in the downturn market of 2007, resulting in more than 95% of my business coming to me through personal referrals from past clients, friends, and other real estate professionals nationwide by the end of 2011 and forward. I know what's important to my clients, and providing a high level of service plus timely and accurate information on the current market and trends is a hallmark that not all agents offer. Before my real estate sales career, I retired from a successful 30-year corporate career in real estate banking, so my ability to understand, navigate, and communicate the entire process to clients is from a full 360-degree viewpoint.

My wife and I used Missi after my former realtor in Orlando referred me. Missi knows the Jacksonville / St. Augustine and everywhere in between market and did a thorough job pulling houses for two days of house hunting due to a relocation. She knows the neighborhoods and the pros and cons that come with them in terms of due and taxes. We ended up in St. Augustine and are very happy and will use her again when the time comes to sell.
