Based on a job change, my family had to relocate to the Nashville area. We had no friends or family here so we were floundering to find someone who could spearhead a house search, and then after we decided on a new build, to help us navigate some of the hurdles that came with that choice. Missy was a Godsend for us in our predicament! She kept the developer in check, stood up for us in times of need and also provided us with some excellent contacts for people who could do some of the extra work needed. I know she went above and beyond, but I blame her for that because she was so personable. She made us feel like we had a friend in Nashville who would help us out! If for any reason, we decide to move again, Missy will be the first person I call to list our house! Best realtor in the Nashville area in my opinion!

We just closed on our Bellevue property as we moved to Wisconsin. Missy was referred to us by a mutual friend who works in commercial real estate.

We found Missy to be honest, hardworking, and extremely helpful. She guided us through the process so well, offering advice and direction with details.

Excellent communicator! While we only met once in person she stayed in touch via calls, text and email. She was available right up to and through closing, immediately returning a call to answer questions from the mobile notary, and following the payout to confirm receipt.

Discovering Missy Roten for the selling of my aging mother’s Nashville TN home was an incredible experience!
My mother needed to leave her independent living arrangements to come live near me, her daughter, in
another state. Not being able to remain in TN to see to each detail was very concerning for us. Missy truly did come along side of us and took care of every detail, far better than we would have or could have done. She was truly “boots on the ground” and

She went above and beyond by helping us coordinate the emptying and cleaning of the house, taking a weight off our shoulders during an emotionally challenging time. When I relocated to Columbia, TN 18 mos ago, I was working and traveling constantly. Missy made herself available to show me properties during my limited windows of availability — often touring several properties in one brief evening. I never met Missy Roten until I placed my house on the market for sale by owner. As you can imagine, I was getting phone calls from many realtors, non of which convinced me they had my best interest at hand. Then I got a phone call from Missy. Our conversation sparked a meeting, because I wanted to hear what she had to say and how she could get the house on the market, sell it within my timeline, at a price higher than I was asking. She was sincerely interested in getting me what I needed with the outcome of the sale. We reviewed all the details and came up with an action plan in just a little over an hour. She listed it and within a week we had an offer. That offer fell through due to buyer's family issues, however, within 5 days another offer came in the door. That offer was solid and we sold the house. Missy took care of everything. I did not have to give anything a second thought. The process ran smoothly and Missy was so professional. Her insight in the market and real estate knowledge is incredible. I have passed her name to others who are looking to either sell or buy and when they ask me why I would recommend her, I simple say that is is the best realtor I have met, and I have met quite a few. Without a flinch, I can recommend Missy to anyone who needs an incredible realtor. She is professional, compassionate, looks to grow relationships and operates with full integrity.
