Incredible experience with Mitch! I was relocating from out of state and it was my very first time in PHX. I had issues with my first agent, and used Homes.com to find another agent. I found Mitch--called him on a Saturday evening (answered right away)--we met and looked at places Sunday morning--made an offer Sunday night--done deal Monday! It happened extremely fast, but was what I needed. Mitch knew this, but at no point in time did I feel any pressure from him to move forward as fast as I did. All I can say is that Mitch got the sale done despite facing many hurdles. We had worked with another agent who could not seem to get our offers considered no less accepted, because we needed to get a buyer contingency on our listed residence.
