Deciding to sell my parents' house was an emotional process. For me, it was a type of saying another final goodbye. Once I was ready to begin, the only thing I was certain of was the need to try and get the best realtor I could. Many unsolicited offers had come across the proverbial transom, but I did not feel the connection - and that was important to me. Finally, I reached out to my attorney for advice, and he recommended Mitch. There are not enough words to express how beyond satisfied I am with how Mitch guided me through the selling process. Not only did he understand the emotional aspect, but he also realized the type of seller that I was (high maintenance). He set realistic guidelines, and we agreed upon the expectations at the outset. He patiently walked me through the ABCs of selling and made sure that I understood the information. When the market shifted, he shared my attitude that we would get the asking price. He NEVER overpromised and he NEVER underdelivered. The contractor and cleaning company he recommended were equally outstanding. I heard horror stories of homes remaining on the market for months and finally selling for way below the asking price. This was NOT my story! Mitch called the evening of the FIRST day that the house was on the market to let me know that we had multiple offers - above the asking price! He was there at the Closing, which made the signing of all the paperwork almost fun. If you are looking to sell a home, then you DEFINITELY need to reach out to Mitch!

Being a first time homebuyer comes with many questions and a lot of anxiety, but even from my first introductory conversation with Mitch I was put at ease as he was patient and personable with me. Mitch educated me and my wife and walked us through the whole process before we even got started. He didn’t just treat me like a client. He treated me like he cared as if I were family. I had an incredible experience with Mogul Realtors through my agent Larissa. After having a hard time finding a rental and moving from out of state, I happened to cross paths with her. She was kind and listened to all of the features and amenities I was looking for in a home. After setting up multiple property viewings where she accompanied me through tours and noted my interests and concerns we wrapped up the day making plans to move forward on applying for a property. I am beyond grateful for her speed but also her attention to detail. I felt so welcomed into my rental. Larissa was amazing to work with very professional very precise very accurate. We told them we were going on vacation and didn’t have the time for the back-and-forth possibilities of numerous unsure buyers. As an Investor in renovator of homes, I needed someone who could get the job done, with minimal distractions. In less than three weeks we had multiple offers and we settled within a month. Mitch was referred to us by Otmane Homespire at Homespire Mortgage they spoke highly of Mitch and in the beginning we where kinda discouraged but Mitch was understanding and willing to help he was always on time to every showing and always communicative with all the paper work and or questions/concerns we had. I've just noticed he has 24 hour open and I can attest to that, that he'll answer promptly even if it's a late night weekend, sometimes he would call us and we would avoid late not communication, but it's like he has a sixth sense and he'll call you about something we'd left on to speak about. The homebuying process is a grueling and time-consuming experience. It went on for close to two years for me. But when I got in contact with The Mogul Realtors, I knew a deal was going to get done. In particular, Mitch Pollard and Larissa Richards know their craft. Within a week of contact, I was locked in with my purchase and ready to put my house up for sell. I worked with other realtors, but when I was introduced to them, I felt a sense of security and calm. And the swiftness in which they work is truly special. Case in point...they did an amazing job of handling my buy AND sell and other transactions amongst three clients, all within a couple months timespan! I am still in awe of their fortitude and dedication to deliver results. I should also mention they were always available to answer any questions, no matter what day and time. During a very difficult time Mitch was there for me!
After the passing of my mother, there were some issues with settling her estate but my family knew we had to sell her house as part the estate terms.
My cousin (estate representative) contacted Mogul Realtors and on the designated date Mitch arrived on time and dressed to impress. He completed a through assessment of the property.
He had an incredible grasp on the market and discussed all of the selling options.
Once we settled on a fair price for the house, Mitch worked tirelessly to get it sold in a timely manner. He kept in constant contact with us, to provide updates. No reaching out to him; he was on top of the communication!
Within a few months the house was sold and we got an extremely fair price.
I highly recommend Mogul Realtors. They really know their stuff. They are professional, respectful, and above all FAIR!

Not only was Mr. Mitch Pollard hands on... he found a new home for my renters to live, got them out under 60 days. He then referred me to a great painter and handyman to get my place in shape. Larissa is a Rockstar Realtor! She helped us find a rental in a very difficult market. The search went on for weeks and during that time she always made efforts to be available for showings and responded to all texts and emails promptly. When we finally found a place she thought of a variety of issues that needed addressing both during the application process and once the deal was done. She totally watched out for us and continues to do so during the move-in process. And she puts forth ALL of this effort for a very small rental commission – clearly it's not about the money. I am so thankful for Mitch and his team, specifically Larissa for helping up with our transition from NY to the DMV! When my husband and I first decided to move we dealt with so many other realtors who told us that we weren’t eligible and did not want to take a chance on us. Mitch’s team was the complete opposite, they worked with us! We told Mitch that we had a deadline to be out of our apartment within a month! He set us up with an amazing Loan Officer, Otmane and they both worked together to ensure we were financially stable for this next move. Met this guy about almost a year when scratching the surface looking into buying a home. His personality and professional attitude held my confidence that he would be the realtor i would use in the future to make a home purchase. He would assist with entry and taking the time to show homes with no written contract between he and I. His patience and due diligence has paid off for both of us. I had the pleasure of working with Mitch to buy my first home. Mitch was proactive and was available to help around the clock. When I went to an open house with my girlfriend, I told Mitch I would like to put an offer on it. After we put the offer, Mitch drove by so I could get his thoughts on the place. After talking it over with Mitch, I was having second thoughts and we thought it would be best for me to pull back my offer. He told me he wouldn't feel comfortable if I were to buy a house that I was having second thoughts on and that we would find the right home (and we did!).
