Mitch brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in Wisconsin and Illinois, representing local, regional, and national clients in the sales, leasing,
acquisition, and negotiation of commercial properties. His expertise also includes broker price opinions and detailed comparable property analyses, giving his clients the insights needed to make confident decisions.
In 2025, Mitch was named Vice President and spearheaded the launch of EXIT
Commercial Group, a division of EXIT Professional Real Estate. This platform provides
him with expanded tools and resources, allowing him to tailor strategies to each client’s unique goals—whether securing new space, negotiating lease terms, or evaluating opportunities for investment and growth.
Mitch’s career includes leadership roles with Newmark, following its acquisition of MLG
Commercial, where he served as a Director in the Madison office. In that role, he
advised owners and occupiers on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and
development. Before that, Mitch spent nearly a decade as an Associate with MLG
Commercial, having originally joined the firm while still a student. He also worked as a
research analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Chicago, building a strong analytical
foundation early in his career.
Mitch is a past President and board member of the Madison Commercial Brokers
Group. He’s enjoyed serving as an advisor to an extensive network of clients across a
variety of industries.
