Mitch Rappaport is a seasoned real estate executive based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a career spanning over two decades. Mitch has led teams at Compass, Century21, and several other national brands. Clients are always Mitch’s focus and priority. In additional to representing Buyers and Sellers since 2004, he has been deeply involved in California's real estate market, offering a blend of operational leadership, brokerage compliance, and strategic development. His experience encompasses roles from VP of Corporate Development at a global real estate brand, to Board Director, Designated Broker, Operations Leader and PropTech Advisor for several startups. Currently, he serves as Head of Brokerage and Designated Officer for Pinnacle Realty Advisors, focusing on enhancing agent success, national expansion, and scalable operational efficiency.
