Mitchell was very knowledgeable about the condo we purchased. We closed within 2 weeks. As soon as we met Mitchell we knew he was the right match for us because my husbands asks a lot of questions. If he didn't know the answer to our question he would find out for us. Mitchell was very professional and very down to earth. We would recommend Mitchell to everyone.

There is no where near enough room to put all of the helpful things Mitchell did for us here in this blurb. We were complete newbies to home buying. We knew what we basically wanted, but had no idea of the different loan options, or even options with the homes themselves that would make them suit us with the help of a contractor. Mitchell has years of experience not only as a realtor, but as a contractor himself so it was a huge advantage to be able to walk through a home with him, and any structural or other changes we thought about making, he could point us either to someone who could do the work, or options we had if we had purchased the homes to change them up to suit our needs. With his wealth of knowledge we found a mortgagee who could assist us with a special loan to get our first home. There is no way we would have been able to accomplish this without him!!

Let's start with wow! With great professionalism and superior customer service, Mitchell came to us on a mission. That mission was to provide us with the best end-to-end experience possible. From the first conversation, we were impressed with Mitchell's effective style and approach, and his expert knowledge of the real estate process and the OC area. Mitchell David is a great Real Estate Agent. He really understood what we were looking for with our recent purchase. I thing that I liked most about Mitchell was the fact he was not pushy and he was always available to answer our questions. We worked with Mitchell for about 4 months and he was patient with us throughout the process. We were comfortable with him and we were able to be 100% honest in regards to our feedback with properties we looked at together. Mitchell exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond, especially when it came to the last property we looked at, which was the property we purchased. With very little notice, we requested to see the property and Mitchell made it happen. I would recommend Mitchell to every person I know,. I have confidence they would be with the best!
