I have 8 years experience in mortgage banking with over 80 loans closed, and 14 years experience in real estate with over 100 homes sold. In two of those years, I was the top residential agent in the largest Realty World Northern California Office by number of transactions. Before entering real estate and banking, I spent 22 years practicing chiropractic and acupuncture, becoming the first acupuncturist and second chiropractor appointed to teach workers' compensation procedures to California physicians. I have been a professor for three acupuncture colleges and two chiropractic colleges. I teach clinical and business management courses when not assisting people to acquire, sell, or develop their properties.
I worked my way through college and graduate school running a house renovation and painting business. My specialties were renovating San Francisco Victorians and renewing rental properties.
I participate in international real estate as a member of ICREA and subscribing agent to the international Real Estate MLS, "Proxio". This combined with my certification in international transactions by ICREA allows me to attract international clients to your properties for sale and complete the transactions though they live in a foreign country.
I also represent farms, ranches, vacant land, and income properties using the national commercial real estate listing services Loopnet, and Land and Farm. My commercial experience includes having negotiated the lease for a campus for 100 elementary school student as well as representing investors in buying and selling homes for rent land development. For two years, I represented the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency in its mission of protecting endangered species. I am the only Realtor I've met who has had a butterfly, 4 birds, two frogs, a salamander, a turtle, a fox, and 8 plants as clients.
