Mitch has been awsome in helping me find the best deal. He is one of the most resourceful and knowledgeable realtors that I've ever been in contact with. Every showing we had, he had details that were very helpful. Mitch had a lot of grant info even more so than my own lender of course. I got so much grant help that I ended up with a closing cost of $0. So if your searching for a realtor look no further you will be helped and guided (if your new to buying or selling a home) very well.

Mitchell made an extraordinary effort to complete the sale of my house under many trying circumstances, such as angry tenants, Corona, multiple offers, tire kickers etc. He was most considerate of my needs and was responsive at every turn. Quite frankly I dont think many other agents would have had the wherewithal and patience to complete the sale. Thank you Mitchell.
