Miyana is a class act! I was introduced to her through another realtor and I am so lucky I was able to work with her. This was my first time buying a property, Miyana went over and beyond to explain the processes of purchasing a home and worked very closely with me to strategize our offers. As someone who used to build homes, Miyana was also extremely knowledgeable regarding the structural aspect of the properties we visited. She made the time to walk through homes with me and investigate the basement, load baring walls, windows (etc) as well as the condition of existing systems. In subsequent visits with an inspector, Miyana was on the money every time with her thoughts and recomendations.
Most importantly, I found Miyana to be honest and thoughtful in her approach to business. In addition, she recommended legal and mortgage colleagues that shared her integrity and professionalism. I would (and have) recommend Miyana to anyone, she is a truly an outstanding realtor.

As first time home buyers we were nervous about the home buying process and it made a huge difference to have a dependable and trustworthy real estate agent, who helped us navigate the process and answer all questions.

The home buying process has a lot of moving parts and details. She helped us stay on track with all of the paperwork and provided invaluable advice related to financing and building permits. The lawyer she recommended helped us with some unexpected issues as well.
We ended up buying a home in the town of our choice and within budget.

It has truly been a pleasure to work with Miyana. I first met Miyana in 2009, when I was looking to buy my first home. She listened carefully to what my husband and I were looking for and anticipated how lifestyle might change over the first few years of home ownership in terms of starting a family and thus needing space for kids. She showed us a range of houses and advised us on how to make a successful offer. We quickly found a home and neighborhood we loved. She was instrumental in making the home-buying process worry free.
When we decided to sell our house in 2021, Miyana was the first and only agent we thought of. She made excellent recommendations for getting the house in shape to sell and was always willing to pitch in if needed. I can understand how that might be a tricky task as it involves getting clients to clean up and put personal items out of sight, but Miyana was always extremely kind and tactful in how she advised us - she helped us see our house through a buyer's eyes. She set up a four-day marathon of appointments and open houses resulting in 7 offers over the asking price. She knew exactly how to leverage the demand for housing into getting us the best possible offer - well over asking with no contingencies! We were thrilled with how quickly and smoothly the process went. I can't recommend Miyana highly enough!

Miyana was our broker for both purchase and sale. She is very knowledgeable about the market conditions and appropriate valuation of the house to generate strong interest and sale. She is also extremely helpful with preparation for sale through required rejuvenation and staging.
