Miyuki and her team was fantastic and the whole experience that we worked with them was great and fruitful. The team was professional, target oriented, knowledgeable, very accessible, practical, and very friendly. They know the market, trend as well as customer needs on both sides. They are also very resourceful which makes a lot difference in the fast moving market and in the tight supplies situation we are facing now.

Miyuki helped us find our first rental properties! In the beginning, we were hesitant because we don’t have time to manage all the repairs and details.

She was able to provide good analysis to help us identify right properties, provide repair service, finding renters and property management.

It makes the whole process hassle free and we are pretty happy.

We have been following a few real estate agents on social medias before we decided to work with Miyuki. She is very passionate about her work, and her client- centric style matches what we were looking for. She knows the market very well which was very valuable and helpful to during our house hunting and house building process. Her sense of style was a big time saver for us for new house interior design. When it's time to sell our previous house, her network of painters, cleaning crew and landscapers got into actions quickly and gave that house a life. Miyuki helped me sell my house a couple of years ago when the market was still very slow. The house was not not selling for a couple of months. I was desperate and interviewed quite a few realtors before choosing her. Her offer was the highest and did sell at my community's historic highest price at that moment.
She is very passionate about her work. pay meticulous attention to details. her recommend details on how to set up the house, change the floor and painting. immediately traffic increased significantly and the house was sold quickly.
i was so surprised and happy that, i paid her extra tips on top of agreed upon commissions.

First time home-buyer here!! Miyuki made a really stressful process - much less stressful and.. kind of fun. She has a really down-to-earth and authentic personality and is clear, deliberate, and assertive in her negotiation. Her experience and expertise came through in every showing and in her market analysis.

Since I've never owned a home, I wasn't sure how much renovations or fixes cost. Miyuki was really good at looking at every detail in a home and pointing out what was concerning and what was an affordable fix.

I definitely recommend Miyuki. She is very chill, listens a lot, and is not pushy, but don't mistake that for a lack of experience or expertise. She handles a lot of sales. Don't be afraid to ask her why and to explain her thinking because there's a lot of thought that goes into what she does and recommends.
