I’ve been licensed since 2006 and specialize in representing landowners across Central and Southeast Texas — from Austin to Houston and the high-growth markets in between. My focus is helping sellers unlock the full potential of their property, whether it’s farmland on the edge of development, transitional acreage, or a site ready for commercial or residential buildout.

As the founder of Moteeva, I bring a deep understanding of land value, zoning, entitlement, and development potential. I work closely with national and regional homebuilders, developers, and investor groups, and regularly market properties directly to buyers with the resources and vision to close.

I don’t just list land — I help landowners position it for its highest and best use. That means identifying key development drivers, analyzing utility access and mobility plans, and crafting a marketing strategy that speaks the language of builders and developers.
