If your looking for a agent that is tailored tword suiting your wants and needs look no further. I've worked with my fair share of good and bad realestate agents over the years. Mo has been amazing to work with. From start to finish he was there to help guide us through our realestate transaction. When we where looking at houses he got a good idea of what we where looking for and would sent us listing's he thought we would be interested in. From there he was very flexible and responsive to look at property's as soon as they hit the market which gave us the best chance to put an offer in and giving us an edge to win the deal. After viewing several houses we began putting offers in and secured the house of our dreams. Mo did his best to communicate with the other agent to get us the best deal possible. Being that our deal was contingent upon selling our house had me and my spouse a little nervous due to us not wanting to miss out on the house we had an accepted offer on. Turns out the worries we had where quickly resolved when we sold our house for top dollor after only 2 days on market. Over all mo made this complex process stress free and practicaly flawless. If your looking for an agent that is going to take care of all your needs when buying or selling a house look no further. I can say that we have a new friend and our go to realestae agent for future purchases or sales. Thanks mo!

My partner and I had been putting off purchasing our first home because it seemed very overwhelming. Thankfully, Mo was recommended to us because he made the process very smooth. At the very beginning Mo ensured that we understood each step of the process ahead, and he took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. We were looking for an older home with character, and the right ‘vibes’. Once we started to tour homes Mo was very attentive, and was able to quickly pick up on the ‘vibes’ we were going for and suggested homes we should look at. When touring homes Mo had a great attention to detail, and pointed out things to us that we wouldn’t have thought about. Mo was always flexible, available and prompt to respond when we wanted to look at a home, when we had questions after a visit or when we were ready to put in an offer. Throughout the process Mo made a point to get to know us, and has stayed in touch since our closing date. Working with Mo came out of a recommendation from a coworker, a recommendation I'm very glad we took. Mo made what seemed like a unapproachable and stressful process the exact opposite. Despite being an intense seller's market Mo made purchasing our first home a pleasant experience. He would work with sellers to ensure we were staying competitive in our offers while staying comfortably within our budget, he'd point out things we might not notice while touring homes to keep expectations realistic, and he was very flexible when it came to scheduling viewings. On more than one occasion, Mo had to take valuable time out of his day to drive through rush hour traffic to meet us on the opposite side of the cities.

He was always reassuring, despite being beat out by cash offers on multiple homes we loved. Mo assured us we would find our home. And that we did! Mo was integral in getting our offer accepted and helping us stay competitive in the negotiations that followed inspection.

My partner and I, can not recommend Mo enough! Should we need a realtor in the future, you can bet we'll be calling Mo first.

We worked with Mo twice now, and he was absolutely fantastic both times! He knew we had a lot going on and had limited time to meet. He accommodated all our needs and exceeded our expectations both times!

The professional photos he had done for our property were awesome, especially the drone footage,, and the staging was exceptional!

Mo has done wonders for my wife and I in finding our dream home! Not only did he help us find the house but also set all the needed renovations in motion through the seller and the seller’s agent. I decided to downsize from my townhouse to a senior apartment and Mo was so helpful from the beginning. Even when the Virus was looming everyday we worked out a way to be safe for both me and any potential buyers. He was very optimistic and positive thinking through it all. Mr. Thamer was the realtor who sold my home in Andover MN in 2020. Mr. Thamer was a professional throughout the process. He always kept the lines of communication open and was there for discussion at any time. What I will remember most is that he is a complete professional in the business and is a man of his word.
