Thanks to Peter Testa I escaped making double mortgage payments. I bought my new house but still owned a townhome. Having moved out of state I needed someone to act on my behalf, getting the property ready for sale and going there to keep an eye on the work I was having done. As promised Peter made all the necessary trips to check on the progress and gave me regular updates. While I was on vacation there was a contractor who was not finishing the last part of the job. Peter contacted them himself and got them back to the property to complete the work. We would have lost time if he wasn't on top of it like he was. His action saved us lost time and money. Once the property was listed Peter did a great job marketing my property. The photos and write up were professional. We received multiple offers pretty quickly. Peter was great at presenting the pros+cons of each offer. I know we picked the right buyer AND Realtor! I appreciate Peter and how instrumental he was in my closing on time. It saved me thousands of dollars, what a Godsend he was!

I sold my last home with Connecticut Realtors Laura Testa and Peter Testa. They are no ordinary real estate agents they were more like amazing! I knew from our 1st meeting they would be the ones to sell my house for me. All through the time we worked together they were available to guide me. Once we signed an offer there were inspections and things came up. They gave me good advice on negotiating inspections and negotiated the list of items the buyer wanted fixed to only a few. Very good at what they do, thanks for the help selling. I'll tell anyone I know who needs help with real estate to call the 2 of you.

I had Laura Testa help us with selling & buying. She is hands down the best real estate agent in the business! Laura was thorough and professional; great to work with. She understood our needs, took into account the current market and was on top of everything throughout the deal. She always let us know as soon as a new property came on the market. I don't know how she does it but somehow we closed on our sale in the morning & went straight to the closing on our purchase later that day. Amazing work! Would use Laura again in a heartbeat!

I buy, fix up and sell condominiums in Connecticut. I used Peter Testa to sell my last condo in Bethel. This is also the 2nd time I used him to sell my property. Peter does a great job communicating with everyone and stays on top of his deals. Whenever we speak he always knows exactly what's going on with my deal. He's great at marketing his listings and the pictures, write up and number of places my listing could be found was tops! I continue to be very satisfied with the service received and would say if you are buying or selling in CT you should give him a call.

I am so happy I listened to my friend and called Pete Testa to sell my house. I was worried about it being a difficult sale. It turned out the house received several offers in the first weekend on the market! When I decided to list my home I brought in several real estate agents. Peter and Laura Testa stood out amongst them. They came ready to list me but when I took them inside we agreed I would need to get my house ready for sale 1st. They came back and spent a good amount of time addressing each room and giving me a to do list to get ready to go on the market. They also jumped right in and helped. When they got the property listed I received a full priced offer in the 1st 4 hours! Then more came, it was really wonderful!
While I know it is a hot market I also know I never would have got what I did for the house if it wasn't for their efforts upfront. These agents really care about their clients and I was very satisfied with their work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I used Peter on a home purchase I made back in 2019.  I asked to see this property in Danbury right away and he met me that Sunday morning, telling me this property would not last so we better get in there right away.  Although I made an offer on that property it turned out they received many other offers on the property as well.  We spent the next few weeks searching & seeing houses.  I sent him some and others he recommended.  I ended up purchasing one that had just came on the market that weekend.  Peter handled all aspects of the negotiation, inspections and closing.  I felt like he was always on top of things, anticipating potential problems and advising as we proceeded. Peter's a very good agent who you would not regret using.

I contacted Peter regarding an investment property I had my eye on. When he showed me the property he was very honest about it's shortcomings and saved me time and money by pointing out some big money items that he saw.
