We are very pleased and amused as we got our first home here in USA, but it would not be possible if Moeen and Aliya were not there. We came to know about them through one of our friends and heard a lot of good things about them. But we believed them when we actually started working with them. They are really great human beings and work really hard for their clients. They are very professional yet friendly. They are always available to answer any question no matter how silly they are. They really understand their client's need and emotions too, they never ever pushed us for any property to buy, but gave their honest opinion which helped us to decide whether the property is good to proceed with. Our entire journey of buying a house till closure was a smooth and clear. We highly recommend them based on our personal experience. Buying a house is an uphill battle and covid, inventory shortage, and bidding war made it even worse for a first-time buyer like me. Luckily we met Moeen & Aliya from Pearson Smith Realty who helped me find the right house within my budget. With Moeen, I got the opportunity to tour properties within the first two days of the house getting active instead of waiting for the open house. What gives Moeen an edge over other realtors is the Office Exclusive Properties which you get to see even before it's been listed for sale. With Office Exclusive properties, you have less/no competition and get enough time to do research compared to putting an offer after an open house over the weekend. We had an amazing experience working with Moeen & Aliya. From beginning to end, they have been very helpful and supportive and always gave their honest opinion. They made sure we knew everything about our purchase. They were always there to answer all our questions. Moeen and Aliya care about their clients so much and put extra effort to make things happen. So with their constant effort and hard work, we got our dream house. Thank you Moeen & Aliya for getting us our dream house in this uncertain real estate market. We highly recommend them. My wife and I happened to find Aliya and Moeen by chance when were browsing for homes online. We were very impressed by how attentive and responsive Aliya was, and how knowledgeable Moeen was. They were always available right away when we contacted them, at all hours of the day and night, and they showed us so many homes. They go above and beyond to show you the exact type of home you are looking for, without putting any pressure on you to purchase any particular home. They are hard working, honest and lovely to work with, and they have not only been our realtors, but have now become our friends. We highly recommend them!

I want into this process extremely naive and a bit too lackadaisical. I was under the assumption that finding a place in NOVA would be fairly easy but this was not true!

We had a great experience working with Moeen and Aliya Chaudhary(The Dynamic Duo) - we were buying and selling all at once and they were wonderful putting our mind at ease amidst our anxiety of how stressful this would be. They explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and was always there for us if we had any concerns or questions. Moeen and Aliya worked just as hard as we did to find us the perfect house and when we were outbid, they pick us back up and help us find our perfect home. We made the decision to purchase a home in Northern Virginia. We were randomly introduced to the Dream Homes Team through a home search website. This was an absolutely fortuitous event, on our part. We met with Aliya and she set up showings for us at several houses that we happened to be interested. When the time came to submit an offer, she was ready with ALL of the paperwork to submit a buyer friendly contract. The bad news is, we didn't get the house, but we also didn't overpay or get into a bad contract. Thank you to Aliya for making this experience a good one for us.
