We can’t say enough good things about Moira! My husband and I have now worked through three real estate transactions with her. My husband bought a house in Reno with Moira in 2017, and we recently bought a new home and sold our old home (early 2024). Moira helped us in the beginning as we were considering buying a new home, and she has been with us every step of the way. She helped us through some challenging negotiations with the seller and guided us to getting our ideal asking price on the home we sold. She had our back at every turn, listening to our needs and concerns, offering grounded advice when things were feeling uncertain, and ultimately making sure everything went smoothly with the sales. Moira is incredibly professional but also a super cool person – like the kind of person you want to be friends with. We’re hoping we can hang out with Moira now that all of that buying and selling shenanigans are over. 😉 Thanks for being awesome, Moira!!

Moira was my listing agent for my recently sold and closed home. She gave me a sense of confidence in her professionalism at every point in the process of selling my home. What impressed me most was the way Moira covered everyone's job - she didn't leave anything to chance and made sure that nothing fell through the cracks. Moira is quick to answer her phone and communicates frequently with all parties as necessary. Besides her professionalism, I really enjoyed Moira's personality. She is upbeat and positive. Moira has been our real estate agent as first-time home buyers and sellers. We love working with Moira as she does a great job with all aspects of being a real estate agent! She has made us feel comfortable and calm through a process that can sometimes be stressful. When shopping for a home, we appreciated how she pointed out certain aspects of a property some agents could glaze over. She clearly has a lot of experience and understands historical and current market trends, and was always prepared with comps. She is a great communicator and helped keep us on track, communicating well with the other parties involved in the transaction (e.g., buyers agent, title company, inspector, etc.). We also appreciated her sense of humor and fun spirit. During the selling process she previewed our house and gave feedback on how to prepare for the professional photographs. Our house sold within 24 hours of being on the market while similar competing properties took much longer to sell during the same market conditions. We strongly recommend Moira to represent anyone in the home buying or selling market!

After 2 years of reviewing hundreds of website listings; 3-4 visits to Carson-Dayton Nv; finally selling our Spokane home, Moira lined up our home visits quickly and in 3 days we had a contract. Her advice and contacts ( home inspector, repairman, other realtors), driving back and forth several times from Sparks to Dayton, quickly answering our many texts and helping us navigate digital contract signings made our purchase happen. I have known Moira for a long time, and the vast majority of our office staff have used her for purchasing and selling their homes. I am challenged to believe that there is a more qualified realtor in our market. She is very thorough, is truly a "partner" in the process, follows through with everything and in a timely manner. I just have to perceive that she goes far beyond the normal experience one has with a realtor. She guides the buyer/seller through each and every step, provides her advise on what to/not to do and very much understands our local market and the changes that occur within it. And, NO, we are not related.

I highly recommend Moira as a real estate agent, especially for first-time home buyers and buyers from out-of-state. Moira has a large bank of knowledge and is happy to share it. We had tons of questions about everything from location/neighborhoods, sewers/septic systems, heating/cooling, mortgage lending, weather considerations, and more. Moira taught us so much about how homes work! She was easy to reach and easy to schedule showings with. Moira accommodated our work schedules with showings in the evenings and occasionally on weekends.
