Awesome realtor! Mojeh Unger was exceptional in helping us find a condo for our daughter. We wanted something reasonable and in a safe area close to college. She was very flexible with home tours which was very much appreciated! She was great at getting us the condo documents needed and scheduling inspections. We had never purchased a condo before so her expertise in the area was very helpful! We would definitely recommend Mojeh for all of your real estate needs!

Great͏ Realtor I’m a hot market!
I had a wonderful experience with Mojeh as my realtor for my first home purchase. Mojeh was patient while we saw dozens of houses. When it was time to make an offer in a highly competitive market, she took the time to write a strong letter to the seller and with her persuasive negotiation skills, the seller accepted my offer and even paid my closing costs through seller credits!! Mojeh is well-connected and has a strong network of highly effective mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, contractors, and home inspectors. She is proactive and always one step ahead. I can not recommend Mojeh enough!! She is amazing and she will always be my first call for future real estate purchases.

Nice͏ and easy home buying
Mojeh͏ is the best! We were only in town a couple of days and she scheduled 14 houses for us to see in a day. It was well organized and the day was a success.
She was never flustered and worked late until our offer was accepted. The rest of the process was smooth and it made moving across the country easier knowing we had a house to call home.
She has quick response times to emails, texts and phone calls.
Mojeh is still helping us with recommendations for businesses in the area.

Words cannot express how wonderful and knowledgeable Mojeh was as our realtor in finding our retirement home! With the challenges of working from out of state she was available to answer texts and phone calls easily. When I finally got to meet her to see some homes when were in town she was very organized and was a wealth of knowledge. From the negotiating stage to guiding us with home inspection, insurance company', utilities she was fantastic. Couldn't have done it without her. We made a friend for life!
