Molinda is the exact type of realtor that everyone needs. She isn't concerned with how much money she can get from a property, she is only concerned with seeing you in your forever home. She has a depth of knowledge about property management as well as selling homes and can offer insight into the properties that most realtors cannot offer.

She makes sure that she stays in the confines of your budget and keeps you abreast of everything that is going on with the sellers and their agents. She takes the time to do her research on the property and has the keen sense of attention that most realtors miss. In my situation, there was a huge discrepancy with the lender and Molinda still made sure that I was informed and explained all that she could despite financing not being in her wheel house.

I would definitely use Molinda again for my real estate needs. She's personable, knowledgeable and ready to get you taken care of.

Molinda has helped me find a renter for my apartment in DC twice over the last three years. To be more clear, it’s a Co-Op with many complex and bureaucratic rules, so these are particularly hard to find a renter for. I was incredibly impressed with Ms. Gregg's. She took me to see a few homes and when I saw the last one for the day I was overwhelmed with excitement. I loved the house and asked her to put in an offer. Well, the next day she told me my offer was accepted and I was on my way to a new home. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and quick to accommodate my requests. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a purchase, rental, or even if you are selling your property, she is the one to contact.
