Mollie Nelson

Mollie Nelson is proud to say that she is a fifth generation Sacramentan. She has had the incredible opportunity to see this once sleepy town transform into one of California’s largest cities. She continues to be excited by Sacramento’s on-going evolution and feel fortunate to be a small contributor to that change. She is grateful for having over 25 years of sales, leasing and marketing experience working with both national home builders and prominent developers in the Sacramento, Central Valley, and East Bay markets. In 2011, she obtained her broker’s license and started her own boutique brokerage working alongside the best of the best in local development as well as a select group of individuals offering their properties for sale or for rent. She loves thoughtful design and architecture and working with like-minded builders, developers and owners who want to bring beautiful, design-centric product to people that appreciate it as well. Home for her is in The Bridge District where she lives with her husband, Willie.
