Molly Foy Rich

Molly was born and raised in Palo Alto where she currently lives with her husband and three children. She has been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years, working at her family’s firm, Midtown Realty of Palo Alto.

Midtown Realty is a boutique, full service real estate brokerage founded over 60 years ago that has stood the test of time due to its reputation for integrity, excellent customer service and deep knowledge of the local real estate market.

Molly joined her father Tom at Midtown just in time for the first “dot.com” boom. With her background in finance, Molly was well positioned to advise clients on building wealth through real property. She continues to offer her clients valuable insight, digging deep into the financials of each transaction.

Molly has lived in many beautiful places around the world, including San Francisco, Boston, Dublin, Brussels and London, but she loves her hometown and is passionate about sharing her insider knowledge on everything from the best plumber in town to the best tacos in Palo Alto!
