She orchestrates the process to launch a listing by managing the design team, communicating with marketing, and ensuring every listing meets the standard for an Outpost branded property. With her keen eye for details, great interpersonal and communication skills, and commitment to seeing a project to perfection, Molly is a critical component of the listing team.

When she is unplugged from work, Molly remains active with running, hiking, yoga, and frequent ski trips to her cabin in Lake Tahoe.
