Molly McGuire

A real estate broker since 2003, Molly joined MCB in 2019 as Designated Broker & Operations Manager. Her early experience in hospitality and B2B sales spring boarded into a highly successful career in residential real estate in the Greater Portland market. As a consistent top producer, she has received many awards and recognitions over the course of her career. With her extensive industry knowledge and in-depth training, MCB brought Molly on to leverage her expertise to champion the MCB team to achieve their goals while surmounting obstacles that arise. Molly holds many certifications including Certified Negotiation Specialist and Certified Commercial Agent (NRT). A member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors, Maine Real Estate Development Association, she also supports several local philanthropic organizations including 100+ Women Who Care Southern Maine. Molly grew up in Central Maine and has held positions in NYC and Chicago, but she returned home to raise her daughter and has been a resident of Scarborough since 1996. When she’s not busy with the responsibilities of managing MCB operations, you can find her boating, skiing, golfing, or enjoying one of our many beautiful beaches.
