A full circle experience . Molly helped my husband and I buy our condo in 2009. This year, two years after my husband died, Molly helped me sell it. Over the years, she has continued to send us flyers and magnets so when I made the decision to sell, I knew I had her number on the fridge!

She was patient with me as I had a lot of things to sort through and clean out. When the time was right, I appreciated she was ready and she even listed my condo for more than we talked about initially.

Unfortunately we began our home search at the beginning of this difficult market back in April with another realtor. It seemed that they were learning on the go, as we were, about how difficult it is for buyer. After multiple rejected offers, it seemed like we were becoming a burden to them. Molly is a very responsive and accountable Realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the build quality as well as cost etc. She has a very unique insight about what kind of house we are looking for. She represented us well and took a very important role during the negotiation to help us get the deal. More over, during closing, she stood for our best interest, coordinated the closing and made it happen on time, which is critical for us but less important for the house builder. My first time home buying experience with Molly Hay was wonderful! She caught my attention from the start with how friendly and personable she was. She was always available to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable in real estate. Molly definitely made my house hunting experience memorable and I'm truly grateful for all her help and support.
