About Molly

Molly Roberts is a Realtor, wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She is passionate about helping people, having an impact on their lives and exceeding expectations. This passion is a thread that runs through her life, career, and family. In 2002, she entered the real estate market in residential sales and had the privilege of representing a quality builder in their newest developments, as well as selling the buyer’s homes. It was an exciting time, and she held a heavy work schedule while raising her young children with her husband. As the market shifted in 2008 and 2009, she gained new perspective, learned to adjust to the demands of the market to support her clients, and have adapted to the continuing changing times! She is seen the good and the challenging times and continue to make this her full-time career.

As she takes on each new client, her priority is to understand their goals and develop a strategic plan to accomplish them. For our home sellers, she provides practical, cost-effective advice to help them get their home ready for sale, have it professionally photographed, identify our target audience, offer well-researched advice on pricing, and actively manage the marketing and messaging. Once we have an offer, she negotiates, and with the help of her Transaction Concierge, manages the details through closing. For our buyers, she listens closely and then help them refine and efficiently manage their search, respecting the value of their time. Once we identify their ideal home, she negotiates to help them obtain the most advantageous terms possible. This is a significant decision in a person’s life, and her strengths are in making it an unmistakable experience for them, adding humor and fun, yet being the leader to get them to the finish line. We value those relationships, stay in touch long after the closing, and serve as a resource that extends well beyond the sale.
