As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I couldn’t have been more lucky to have worked with CJ and Molly through this process. We started off unsure of what we wanted and sure of what we didn’t want. We were searching for that forever home and CJ and Molly stood by our sides for 11 months helping and guiding us through many houses until we found our home. Their dedication, hardwork, patience, and honesty for us was such a blessing to come across in the eyes of first time home buyers. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Molly and CJ to anyone looking to purchase a home. They are such kind people and now life long friends.

Working with Molly and CJ was as smooth as butter. My fiancé and I were trying to find our first home and we were not sure what we wanted at first. When we met the Smith team we got along great from the very start. They were super patient with us as we went to numerous open houses all over southeast Massachusetts spanning a time frame of just under a year. Since it was our first home buying experience, we had many questions. Molly and CJ were always right there with answers as well as some insightful suggestions. I am super grateful to have met and worked with such wonderful people and I highly recommend working with them.
