Mona was our agent when we purchased our home last year. The market kept getting tougher and tougher for buyers as we searched and put offers on places. Mona was patient, empathetic, and doubled as my therapist through that process. My wife was very pregnant and it started to feel like we would never find a place. Mona then called with a surprise- she had found an off market listing in the exact neighborhood we wanted. I can clearly say the only reason we found our home was because of Mona’s hard work and network. It was such a special experience working with her, and we not only consider her the best realtor in the area, but also a close friend. Mona is such a wonderful realtor! We 1000% recommend her. She truly made our experience buying our first home straightforward and positive, in such a crazy market no less. She is a great listener and honed in on what we were looking for immediately. She was such an invaluable person to have as our advocate in the buying process. She's gifted at what she does, detail-oriented and super responsive and "on it" no matter what the "it" is. (Just 2 examples 1) she worked super hard to help us get a preemptive offer in, getting everything together in 24 hours with a competitive offer and 2) she communicated with our new HOA and seller's agent to make sure the required work was done on the house before we closed when others were dragging their feet a bit) I don't know how she does it but she makes you feel like you're her #1 client and priority, when I'm sure she's incredibly busy with a thriving business. She also gave us incredibly thoughtful and generous gifts when she got our keys and walked into our new home, which made it such a special day.
