Originally from California, Monica has been fortunate to call Maui home for over 15 years. Her passion for real estate stems from childhood, where she had the unique privilege of learning the ropes alongside her grandmother and parents, who were dedicated real estate investors. From accompanying her parents to their rental properties to assisting with turnovers, these formative experiences gave Monica a deep appreciation for the industry and sparked a lifelong enthusiasm for helping others with their real estate goals.
