Monica Childs

Monica is a Chicagoland native who moved to the North Shore soon after meeting her husband, who grew up in Glencoe and introduced her to the area. Fast forward twenty-five years, three children, and twelve moves later, and Monica is still in awe of the community that she lives and works in.

Through her personal experience of buying, selling, and renovating homes, Monica gained a unique perspective of the real estate business and North Shore living. She put her real estate knowledge and design expertise to work, and her real estate career quickly took off. Monica was named Rookie of the Year for the entire Chicagoland area and consistently ranks among the top brokers in the North Shore year after year. Her clients appreciate her quick responses, thoughtful advice, and her high energy.

Monica is a past president of the Woman's Club of Wilmette, served on the Harper School Parent Teacher Organization, and is a supporter of Misericordia. She has lived in Winnetka, Glencoe, and Northbrook, and currently resides in Wilmette.
