Monica was incredible to work with. She handled all the aspects of the sale of my house with professionalism and enthusiasm. She took charge of coordinating viewings with my existing tenants, and personally was there to oversee any issues that needed to be rectified prior to closing as I was out of town a lot. Monica is very hands on and very driven without being pushy. She is an asset to Ridgeco!

My family and I met Monica at one of the many open houses we attended in Fort Lee. We were in the middle of an exhaustive search for a new home and she was the first realtor we felt at ease with. As we continued to work with Monica, she remained patient, accessible and showed us many properties, some multiple times. She is very knowledge about the area and her property selection was very good. She gave candid, unbiased remarks regarding properties noting both the positives and negatives. I sense that Monica believes that service is paramount to the sale, and that work ethic made it a pleasure to work with her. She understands her clients’ needs, and helps them realize what is the ideal property for them. Monica helped us navigate through the close process on our new home, and I think we will remain friends as we now live in the same community. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.
