Monica is a full time agent that has been in the Toledo market for over 15 years. She knows the trends and changes in the area. She’s a people person most importantly and her experience working with a diverse clientele allows her to really grasps what’s in your best interest and help you accomplish your goals. She’s helped us buy two homes in a very competitive market and I wouldn’t want anyone else representing me. Moving from Seattle, Wa to Toledo, Oh was an adventure. Thank God so researched and found Monica J. Davis, Realtor. Ms. Davis from our first conversation past our closing date has been a great resource to us.

We flew to Toledo, Oh, meet Ms. Davis, found our home on the first day and the second home we viewed. We flew back to Seattle, Wa the next day.
