Monica Foster is a wonderful real estate broker and did a superb job marketing my home and was excellent in keeping me informed throughout the complete process from the beginning through closing. Her attention to detail is obvious and is what I believe makes her top notch at what she does. The way she and her team puts together the final listing is professional and results in a highly polished presentation of the property. I did not realize this until after the listing came out and I began comparing my property with similar properties. I can only say, one should look at properties listed by Monica and compare them with others and you can see the Monica difference! When I decide to sell in the future, Monica will be my first call.

I found Monica Foster after reading reviews on-line and I liked what others had to say, so I gave her a shot. I was not disappointed at all. This was my first home purchase, and I knew just enough to be dangerous...but Monica took her time to answer any, and all questions I had. All of the recommendations and suggestions she gave me throughout my home buying process made it easier and less stressful. I also happened to be a picky buyer, but she was willing to keep working with me, even though it took 10 months to find a house that was right for me. She was very flexible and accommodating, even during her busy times. When she couldn't show me a property due to her schedule, she would arrange an alternate agent, which I appreciated. During all of my interactions with her, she treated me with respect professionalism, and tailored her approach to my needs, saving me time and stress. If you're looking for a great Realtor, Monica is your agent.

It was a lucky day when I found the Monica Foster agency online! I needed to find a rental home ASAP over the Christmas holidays and my agent delivered. I signed a lease on New Year's Eve!
